In 1962, I was one of the founders and an officer of a newly formed public company called, Kinney Service Corp.. We owned parking lots, cleaning companies, the worlds largest group of Funeral Chapels, leasing companies and a Nissan Auto Distributorship. Kinney subsequently acquired additional companies including Warner Bros., Time Publications and A.O.L.. This company today is known as AOL /Time Warner, the worlds largest communication and entertainment company.

In 1964, I founded Gaines Service Leasing Corp. My name and reputation is beyond reproach.

My family has been instrumental in assisting many charities and was responsible for bringing the USS Intrepid to New York and converting this wonderful fighting Air Craft Carrier to a museum for all the world to appreciate. Aboard this great, historic ship, we created a wonderful educational school for children to learn about the history of our country. The school was dedicated to the memory of my grandson Michael Tyler Fisher.
